Leadership training is provided over a one-year period, every month 2 hours session on leadership will be provided by Mr. Kannan (UN Political officer, Somalia). Along with this, every month HM’s are expected to solve a problem based on the case study method. Only a limited 55 HM’s across 10+ districts are selected for this training.
Post covid, to strengthen the motivation levels of Government school Teachers, online weekly sessions were provided by Kalvi40 Expert volunteers.
1. 10 sessions were conducted specifically for Jawathu Hills teachers from the Tiruvannamalai districts. 25+ Teachers got benefitted by this program and interaction with the experts Dr. Brindha Natarajan from Coimbatore and Mr. Srinivasan from Melbourne Australia.
2. 10 sessions were conducted for teachers across multiple districts. 50+ Teachers got benefitted from this program and interaction with the experts Dr. Brindha Natarajan from Coimbatore and Mr. Karthik from Oman.

Kalvi40 conducted 15 days Summer camp for rural Government school students for 156 students across 10 districts. Even though this program was completely online 2 hours per day for 15 days. Four non-curriculum topics – Origami, storytelling, craft using waste and art were conducted by experts. Students completed went through this experience and had a great experience. We had great reviews from both parents and teachers.
