Leadership training for Government school Head Masters Leadership training is provided over a one-year period, every month 2 hours session on leadership will be provided by Mr. Kannan (UN Political officer, Somalia). Along with this, every month HM's are expected to solve a problem based on the case study method.

Computer distribution for needy rural schools In association with the Rotary Club of Coimbatore Saicity, Kalvi40 identified and understood the digital infrastructure need of schools across selected blocks in Kanchipuram, Tiruvannamalai, Chengalpattu, and Tiruvallur.
